What counts as water?
Does tea count as a glass of water since it's like herbs steeped in water? Does sparkling water count as a glass of water?

DietID_TeamDietitians 7yr Yep! Both count as water. We recommend herbal tea if you're going to replace more than 1 cup of water with tea b/c herbal doesn't have caffeine.

annefood Hey @maddiedod ! Have you tried drinking sparkling water with copped fruit in it? The fruit flavors the water, plus you get a little treat at the bottom of the glass :)
