annefood 7yr Hey @maddiedod ! Have you tried drinking sparkling water with copped fruit in it? The fruit flavors the water, plus you get a little treat at the bottom of the glass :) -

boguz 7yr Hi there! I consume canned ice tea a lot, like A LOT. I made my own at home now. Cooling a fruit flavored natural tea (strawberry makes the best) mixing with some organic honey and fresh lemon satisfies me properly. After a while you get to create your own recipes. What counts as water?
Does tea count as a glass of water since it's like herbs steeped in water? Does sparkling water count as a glass of water?

DietID_TeamDietitians Yep! Both count as water. We recommend herbal tea if you're going to replace more than 1 cup of water with tea b/c herbal doesn't have caffeine.
