Super simple too! I just buy frozen blueberries, add in two bananas, and some soy strawberry yogurt (2 cups). It comes out really thick, and is super filling!

Yum!! This looks delicious. One tip for yogurt - be sure to check the label on fruit yogurt for any added sugar. Some yogurts have a TON, but others are light on added sugar, like Siggi's. You can also use plain yogurt and throw in some frozen strawberries for the same flavor =)
