'No added sugar 4/ 14' trying to make eating mindfully ,one bite at a time has surprisingly helped me control my urge to end the meal with a sweet treat.
The more I chew , the more satisfied I am at the end of my meal! With all the conspicuous sugar consumption , it still is the toughest challenge. At least for me...
