Yet another asparagus recipe! Getting as much as we can before the season is out 👍🏼
Farmstand asparagus, 2 rashers of bacon from our local butcher [sliced into 1/2" pieces], locally made cheddar [caramelised onion and Rioja cheddar from the Cheshire Cheese Company], and 4 free range organic eggs. Feel free to leave out the pastry and make an awesome frittata instead!
