Dandelion jam with apple juice and lemon. So fruity and perfect for a warm spring/summer day.

Here you can find the recipe for this jam which has this sweet harsh and fruity taste: Make sure that you pick the dandelion blossoms in the midday time and in the sun during their season in spring. Only then you get to pick the whole blossom of it. For this recipe you need: - 130 grams of dandelion blossoms
- lemons juice from 2 lemons
- 0,9 liters of fresh apple juice (the naturally cloudy one)
- 1 pack of jam sugar or use 100 grams brown sugar instead
Separate the yellow blossom of the dandelion from its green part and fill the blossoms in a bowl.
Once finished, mix them together in a pot with the lemon juice, apple juice and the pack of jam sugar. Now heat the mix up and once it cooks, let it boil all together for about ten minutes while stirring. Then turn the fire down and quickly let the jam run through the sieve into the pre- sterilised jam glasses.
Not let them cool down and enjoy the jam on bread, pancakes, or porridge. Enjoy and and #nofoodwaste ! #FoodRevolution
