"Ingredients:1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup Apple
Cider Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1/4 teaspoon pink
salt (add more to your liking)1 Bunch torn kale leaves into small pieces -
about 5/6 cups1/4 medium purple cabbage julienned 4 teaspoons unsalted
pepitas PreparationCombine first 5 ingredients, stirring until all is
mixed well. Add kale and cabbage; massage for at least five minutes or
until kale starts looking soft. Let stand 10 minutes. Add pepitas/pumpkin
seeds.Ready to serve!"
