Charred Cauliflower Salad
A simple charred cauliflower salad tonight with a drizzle of leftover spinach korma sauce , cherry tomatoes, almonds and a dash of chili flakes. A vegan / gf meal that is as healthy as can be and comes together in minutes!
Tip- salads are a great way to use leftover sauces or curry bases. Don't limit yourself to India food as you know it, experiment with the curries as they can be a flavorful addition to otherwise boring salads! Thicken curries with a few cashews for a creamy base, and keep it healthy + dairy free.
