A very veggie-friendly dinner from Petty Cash, a place I've been wanting to try since I heard about their cauliflower nachos. They also have amazing guac, dorados (crispy rolled potato tacos), and grilled maitake mushroom tacos. And if that's not enough, they source locally, seasonally, sustainably!
