In my crockpot: Chicken Thighs, braised in Barbecue sauce with Garlic Cloves, Yellow Onion, Whole Grain Mustard and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Pan-seared Tilapia with shallot, caper, garlic, white wine sauce. Roasted Broccoli with chopped Almonds and Tamari Soy Sauce. Lightly smashed Fingerling potatoes with Fresh Thyme.
Day 8: Growing Fresh Basil. The little guys are coming up nicely!
