barefoothorseman I pretty much like all the regulars cashew almond coconut will sometimes get the vanilla version but always sugar free. I don't drink it straight though. Always with my protein shake or oatmeal....

Are these sprouts safe to eat!??
I sprouted fenugreek seeds then put them by the window to sprout microgreens but not sure how long these are good for and if there is any chance there is bacteria in them?? Anybody have some input??

isakay @ladyofgrand- Those look awesome! Great job sprouting them. I would make sure they are dry and pop them in the fridge. They should last a pretty long time... 4-6 weeks if you store them properly!
