Never thought I could drink black Café without sugar.. but now.. I cannot drink with sugar!! It tasted weird in the begging.. but, I kept going... and now... I don’t drink any sugared drink at all!...
  • Rachna Yes!!! After a couple weeks of cutting out sugar from my morning coffee, not only do I not miss it anymore, if I have coffee with sugar, it’s too sweet!

Added cup of mixed berries to my protein shake (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries). Extra serving of fruit and stops night cravings!

I've recently started eating banana oatmeal pancakes for breakfast with a very small addition of dark chocolate chips and I'm OBSESSED! 😋

The bananas don't even let you THINK of adding sugar! I make mine in large batches to save time in the morning! It has helped with my addiction to sweets too ☺️
  • annefood Fantastic @humvee this is one of my favorite pancake hacks. Do you just use egg in addition to the banana, oatmeal, and chocolate chips?
  • humvee I use soy milk and an egg depending on how large the batch is :)

Really wanted sandwich so added shredded lettuce & tomatoes with cuties on the side for sweetness! 2 more servings and no more sweet tooth!

My no added sugar breakfast - plain yogurt with no sugar muesli topped with almonds. Super filling and took 10 seconds to make!

  • garv That's my go to brekkie at least 2 days in a week. Add some fresh strawberries or any fresh fruit to up the yum factor!
  • Rachna Yep! But we don't have strawberries all year :/ so I usually use frozen berries.
