Are there limitations on regulations when a product lists “no added sugar” like with other terms we see? ie: “organic” and “natural”.

Can I use whole milk and espresso without sweetener? Definitely better flavor but doesn’t the whole milk replace sugar w other calories??
I tried vanilla extract in my oatmeal this am, as per foodstand’s tip, and it was delicious!!! Highly recommend

DietID_TeamDietitians My favorite no added sugar to-go snacks: larabars, mary’s Seed crackers with hummus, grapes, mixed nuts, and for a treat - almond butter-stuffed dates (2 of them will fill you up).
