DietID_TeamDietitians 4yr My favorite no added sugar to-go snacks: larabars, mary’s Seed crackers with hummus, grapes, mixed nuts, and for a treat - almond butter-stuffed dates (2 of them will fill you up).

AlexB 4yr Thank you! Going shopping today to stock up a bit more.

annefood 4yr I always keep an apple in my bag. Brown rice cakes with nut butter are great too, for protein, as are those crispy baked chickpea snacks you can either make or buy in a pouch. Carrot sticks are also a good way to sneak in a vegetable!

gracealina 4yr @AlexB I am loving all of your questions!
-
AlexB 4yr @gracealina This is harder then I thought!
-
gracealina 4yr It is hard! But I’m glad it’s forced me to read labels. I was super sad when I found out my favorite gluten free pretzels from TJ’s have “sugar” right there in the ingredients list. I had no clue.
-
AlexB 4yr Yes!! A lot of organic stuff I’ve been feeding Dylan has added sugar for no reason!
-
kmkelman 4yr The peanut butter rx bars are great and have no added sugar. A banana helped me yesterday:)

AlexB 4yr @kmkelman Thanks! I’ll have try those bars
