EASY vegetarian recipes?

does anyone have EASY vegetarian recipes? my mom never cooks dinner so we have resorted to eating out every day, which in turn, makes me feel sluggish, and is NOT healthy. help!
  • lillylawrence I have recently taken a liking to tofu, you can make scrambled eggs with firm tofu,cumin,nutritional yeast, and tumuric. Or go extra firm and make spagetti with tofu meatballs
