Last-minute Breakfast!

Yesterday, I had an audition, and unfortunately slept in early. The day before we had a registered dietitian come into our school, educating us on what was and wasn't good to put into our bodies. With this information in mind, I tried to put together a tasty yet filling breakfast. Keep in mind, I am no cook. The fact this is toast should be enough to prove that. It's really only buttered whole grain toast, with cinnamon and bakers sugar on top. I also had a glass of water with it, to help start my 8 glasses of water per day challenge. The good stuff in this is the whole grain bread — it has lots of fiber to fill you up and keep your brain going. The butter, cinnamon and sugar are just added for my preferences. Plain toast isn't all that tasty. I'm certain that I am not the first person to do this, but I would like to share anyway 😇
