DietID_TeamDietitians Same!! Cinnamon tea is a current fave but I also have tried this passionfruit almond tea mix that I can't find anywhere else. It reminds me of honey bunches of oats π
To avoid fast food prepare some healthy snacks beforehand and bring them with you. ππ

MargaretG One problem with bubbly water is that it is supposedly hard on tooth enamel. I love sparkling water and drink it all the time but have tried to dial back a bit lately once I found out.
Speedy dinner - baked tandoori salmon with a veggie primavera with mushroom pasta!

Salmon baked for 12 minutes on 400. It was marinated with garlic, lemon, salt, pepper, and tandoori spice.
