KatherineR Just scoop the avocado enough to hold the egg. Season as you like and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Banana bread with peanut butter and Nutella swirl (and chocolate chips and pecans and cacao nibs!). All I want to do now is eat this all day everyday.

gingerandchorizo Oh...I first sprinkled sesame seeds on the cheese and then just pan-fry them with a couple of garlic cloves and olive oil!
