Homemade popcorn, easy: fill bottom of a microwaveable bowl with seeds. Place a microwaveable plate on top. Microwave on full power.

  • AhmedZ I love it, the more I go deep in the non added sugar challenge, the more great tasty options I discover!! although I'm not sure about juices ':-) from what I read it's maybe not that healthy it...
  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep too much juice is not the best because juice brings al the sugar without fiber and excess water. It's still better than soda, but I wouldn't drink all your fruits and veggies 😊
