What's that, Sunday? Brunch, you say? Don't mind if I do! I love quiet mornings in the kitchen.

Friday night love at Casa de Aguilar: Blackened fish tacos, black beans, and Spanish rice, topped with a homemade red cabbage slaw, and an avocado-cilantro-lime dressing!

Sunday night supper! Roasted chicken, mushrooms, potatoes au gratin, and a fresh salad. It's great having friends around the table, sharing the love of our home!
