Day 24No Sugar Challenge . Doing a refresher to reach this stage , where I don't crave sugar but indulge in it wisely! Hoping to 'own' my diet !!
Planned my Cheat day & it was totally worth it!

No Sugar Challenge (Level 5 Day15) Baked a shortbread & homemade Nutella ganache pudding and ate some too ! Giving in to my sugar cravings in a planned manner!!

Fixed a cookie dough , espresso caramel & fudge pudding whilst doing the no Added sugar challenge. add a scoop of ice cream & this is just what you need on a rainy day!

Actually, Long gaps have the opposite effect . I've tried it all! 4-5 small meals work brilliantly & every once in a while include dessert too!
