It's turning into comfort food weather up here in Toronto. Good ole Shepherd's Pie gets fancy with the French version, Hachis Parmentier. The combo of allspice, fennel, peppercorns, and coriander and then white white amp up the deliciousness of the filling 😋

AMK 10yr And interesting - that's how my mum made Sheperd's Pie when we were growing up in Malaysia. I wonder where that little smarty-pants learned to make Shepherd's Pie that way? -
