MargaretG 10yr @JenniferEmilson flavor was like a really rich vanilla without the sweetness. - touch of salt and the delicious part of olive oil without the overwhelming burn that I get when I taste olive oil alone. Really delicious.also a thicker "mouth feel", almost hard and took longer to melt than typical gelato.
