Philbert 10yr @ChrisCavanagh definitely try the fried skate cartilage. Bread pudding dessert was out of this world (add pigs blood for fun). If I did it again I'd skip the big dishes and get an extra small dish or two instead -

mirasingh I have been looking for it because I've just heard that baby corn is regular corn, just picked early. I guess that's wasteful, but I don't like eating it out of a can. I imagine it tastes so much...
