DietID_TeamDietitians 5yr this one is still hard for me - especially with baby. I tend to have to sneak meals in during nap times, which means I am always in a rush =/. Trying to make sure at least my dinners are more mindful.

This challenge is making a huge difference. It’s probably the most comprehensive diet overhaul that I need . Trying to improve my success rate!

LDA Foodstand has kept me accountable. My husband and I are on a low carb meal plan. We are doing relatively good so far. It has definitely made me more aware of what I was eating.
