Day 6/7: Fill 50% of your plate with Fruits and Veggies Level II I used the same spice mix normally used for the potato masala stuffing, but replaced potatoes with leeks and bok choy. You can't really tell here, but more than half the plate is veggies! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
