Now I need to tackle the rest of the day....

I've managed 7 + 30 days without eating sugar at breakfast. Feel proud about that. But I've been hitting sweets and candy at other times. And I've gained weight :-(. Im pretty sure I have sugar addiction, if there is such a thing. I feel sad because for everything else I eat pretty healthily! So I think the advice was to do one of the other challenges next. I'm going to do "avoid desserts, sweets and candy". Feels daunting. Think I'll need to use occasional passes on this one!
