A Dosa is a South Indian crepe made from rice and black lentil batter - aka protein and some healthy carbs. Most local Indian grocery stores carry fresh batter, so making this just requires diluting the batter with a bit of water, pouring and spreading in a medium hot nonstick pan, then pouring 1 beaten organic egg on top, flipping, and eating! You can add herbs, hot sauce, seasonings to make it your own.
