Nainiac 7yr I used to think I didn't drink soda THAT often and then I did this challenge.... I was so surprised with myself! Love this challenge for opening my eyes! -
Brianne 7yr I used to use my fitness pal too, and I agree this is much easier. It used to take me too long to log my food, so I eventually stopped. And @mads hang in there. Take it one day at a time and celebrate each day you go without soda!
Slacking...
at first i was doing really good avoiding soda, but now ive been slacking more. dont get me wrong, im not drinking NEAR as many as i used to a day, but im having trouble sticking to NOT drinking so...

LezEngel Have you tried replacing soda with sparkling water? You could even try infusing sparkling water with some slices of citrus fruit for a bit of sweetness & flavor.
Breakfast
i actually ate breakfast which i never do. orange juice and vegetarian sausage patties. obviously not the best, but its better than nothing!

garv Try muesli , plain yoghurt with fresh fruits , nuts & seeds or whole wheat toast with peanut butter( without sugar)

i messed up a little with the No Soda Challenge. but ive had a LOT less than i normally would in one day, so im still proud.
