annefood 7yr @cristianpereira @JayH unfortunately granola is one of those sneaky foods that you'd think wouldn't be packed with sugar, but often is. Evaporated cane juice (aka sugar) is actually the second ingredient in Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola. Try to stick with fruit and nuts instead of the granola for your Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Challenge so you don't have to take a free pass for the granola.
