Wheat porridge (farina)

1 cup farina fry in wok or microwave for 2 minutes so that you smell it and keep it aside .
2 tsp oil 1/2 spoon black mustard seeds, add 1/2 Chana fall, Urud dall ( lentils you get in indian grocery store) green chilly ( Indian jalapeño cut into small bits )
Add onion lengthwise cut 1/2 onion.
Sautée for 2 min
Add 3 cups water once boil add 1 spoon salt,1/2 cup green peas
Add the farina and stir adding little by little and it becomes thick leave it for two minutes stir again ,
Switch off flame
Garnish with coriander leaves ( cilantro) cut into tinny bits and add lemon juice
