unconventionalbaker 8yr @Rachna ah, yeah. I'd say that describes them pretty well. I wasn't sure if I just kept buying the cardboard ones because of my more limited diet (i.e. can't buy the dairy ones, etc.), or if they're all like that... Sounds like they're all kind of like that.. sticking to homemade for now :)

unconventionalbaker @garv it's quite good. I kept trying it without a good mixer though and it never worked. My mother in law recently gave me her kitchenaid mixer and it now works a treat every time.

unconventionalbaker @rachna yep, cashews are the base. And some coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla bring it together. Spirulina for the seafoam shades.
