Our First Mycophagist's Table of 2016
Dinner On Saturday, March 12th
A delicious evening warmly hosted by Exhibit C and co-produced with Highlands Dinner Club and ForkMonkey. 
FORMAT
Full sit-down table service for 30. All about the food, drink and friends. We'll kick off with a cocktail - otherwise alcohol is BYO, we'll have plenty of openers and no corkage fees. 
APPROACH + TEAM
To kick the mycophagy season off in style, we are working once again with Ben Walmer and Highlands Dinner Club.
If you attended the January 2015 NYMS gathering at bulthaup you know this menu will be innovative and umami-rich; take that and add full table service + the intimacy of a 30-person space and you'll get how special this evening will be. 
MENU
Starters: wild mushroom pâté, miso buttered shiitake toast, pickled mushroom deviled eggs, bread, crudité
King oyster pasta, stewed duck, braised leeks, black garlic, prune
Fat rice, lions mane, smoked mussels, chorizo, olive aioli, pickled squash ribbons, scallion
Pioppino crusted local grass fed steak, cauliflower & maitake soufflé, brussels sprouts, preserved lemon
Candy cap pound cake, shiitake chocolate ice cream, salted pecan crumble
Plus additional special items in the works!
Vegetarian versions of most dishes will be available.
