JenniferEmilson 11yr Love using pomegranates for salsa!! -
DietID_TeamDietitians 11yr Chaat masala and pomegranate is a surprisingly delicious combo -
mrscorco 11yr @Rachna it is! And the masala also has some pomegranate powder in it. -
mrscorco 11yr @JenniferEmilson agreed! I don't use it enough!
Mashed eggplant for the win. I just used whatever vegetables I had on hand.
-
DietID_TeamDietitians Love it. Did you roast or sauté?
-
mrscorco @Rachna roast!
Fresh produce means fresh meal prep ideas. Kumatos were the new find this week!
-
DietID_TeamDietitians Komatos? Like a type of tomato? What did you end up making with this?
-
mrscorco @Rachna I didn't spell it right. It's Kumato - a brown tomato, sweeter than a regular tomato due to the higher fructose content. I was going to pair it with mozzarella for a salad!
-
DietID_TeamDietitians Oh yum! I'll look out for it
