DietID_TeamDietitians LOVE THIS so much @kathrynsunvalley. What was most surprising about this?
-
GooseBarry I know we always said eat the rainbow when I was young, but now there are rainbow bagels, and rainbow cereals. Seems like big food has hijacked this very simple saying.
Remember that totally sustainable 'veggie' Sea Asparagus? Here's a fresh recipe! Go find some or ask your independent grocer to source it 😉

JenniferEmilson I'm in love with this succulent. I'm shocked that more aren't aware of it. Totally sustainable, super healthy, higher in so many nutrients than kale, spinach etc. @Rachna @gingerandchorizo
A fresh summer dip of pistachios, feta, and glorious fresh herbs. With a kick. Dig in!

Lettuce was a cooked vegetable, before it became mainly a salad ingredient (like spinach). Topped my ramen with windowsill-grown greens 👌🏼

JenniferEmilson I throw mine into miso soup all the time! 😉😁

Another #kitchentip for rice! Use leftover rice to make a quiche crust. #nofoodwaste
Just mix with parmesan, egg white, salt and pepper. Pre bake for a bit to set the crust then fill with your favorite quiche combo. #FoodRevolution

munchiemummy Genius! I actually have overcooked rice leftover from dinner tonight (got distracted by baby, rice turned to mush! 😝) - and we love quiche in this house!
-
etsummer @munchiemummy doooo it! This particular recipe I used is here: http://food52.com/recipes/30167-tomato-kale-quiche-in-cheesy-rice-crust
