Bowl dinners are the best
Quinoa, lentils, avocado, roasted beats, roasted chickpeas, with tomato-cucumber salsa. This delicious dinner came together in about 25 minutes, and itās balanced and full of veggies!

annefood Agreed- I keep whole grains and beans in the pantry and when I donāt know what to do for dinner I just throw them in a bowl with a veggie or lettuce and some dressing.
