AJD Fantastic! It would be a great spot for an event - perhaps a chef demonstration / local panel on incorporating seasonal / social mingle - so many possibilities!
5 minute lunch prep- seriously super easy. Just sautéed garlic, carrot, spinach, onion And red chili pepper flakes, and then threw in some quinoa And cooked! Oh and I found a little salmon crostini...
