Sorrel, you are so sour! At the farmers market a bunch of greens called out to me. No one could tell me what it is called in English. But I learned the Polish and German names! Tried a piece- lemony sour!! Took it home, and the Internet told me it is sorrel! Heard of it, now I've cooked with it 😄
