LannyGoLightly 9yr @wheeler - when I first heard about the sandwich, Spidey sense said this spells all kinds of wrong, but it works deliciously together. I do prefer original on-bagel vs this pretty bagel toast business.

The signs of a good hand-pulled noodle joint - greasy spoon surroundings + reassuring thud of dough as it hits a backroom table after being stretched into noodles.
Sunday Baking
Made Sunday dinner - capped it off with a skillet pineapple upside down cake. Along with a teaspoon of vanilla, stirred a tablespoon of high proof Navy-strength rum into the batter.
