gessdiro 11yr Hi Riki! It's a mix of spices, added a pinch at the time, in a very emotional way.
When I say that I don't throw anything from the artichoke, it's true.

gessdiro The leaves, once cooked, I put in the juicer and a lovely artichokes cream came out. That one I eat like that, as a soup.
