A toaster waffle makeover!
Ditch the butter and syrup and try this version, which is far lower in sugar and saturated fat but higher in fiber and healthy fat. And you'll be satisfied with only one waffle! Just toast up a whole grain toaster waffle and slather on 1 1/2 tbsp of no-sugar peanut butter and 1 tbsp of all-fruit spread. Alternatively, swap out the spread for sliced berries or bananas. Breakfast is done!
