DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr My favorite no added sugar to-go snacks: larabars, mary’s Seed crackers with hummus, grapes, mixed nuts, and for a treat - almond butter-stuffed dates (2 of them will fill you up). -
AlexB 8yr Thank you! Going shopping today to stock up a bit more. -
annefood 8yr I always keep an apple in my bag. Brown rice cakes with nut butter are great too, for protein, as are those crispy baked chickpea snacks you can either make or buy in a pouch. Carrot sticks are also a good way to sneak in a vegetable! -
AlexB 8yr @annefood yummm! Thanks! -
ElanaG 8yr Yay Alex!!! -
AlexB 8yr Had a successful shopping trip. Thanks again for the pointers. -
annefood 8yr So glad. You’re welcome! -
gracealina 8yr @AlexB I am loving all of your questions! -
AlexB 8yr @gracealina This is harder then I thought! -
gracealina 8yr It is hard! But I’m glad it’s forced me to read labels. I was super sad when I found out my favorite gluten free pretzels from TJ’s have “sugar” right there in the ingredients list. I had no clue. -
AlexB 8yr Yes!! A lot of organic stuff I’ve been feeding Dylan has added sugar for no reason! -
kmkelman 8yr The peanut butter rx bars are great and have no added sugar. A banana helped me yesterday:) -
AlexB 8yr @kmkelman Thanks! I’ll have try those bars
