annefood 8yr If you have any specific questions or need any ideas feel free to direct message me. I find that breakfast and snacks are really helpful. Most of us tend to eat a veg/fruit at lunch and veggies at dinner, but getting either a fruit or veg in at breakfast and a fruit or veg at snack are also key to reaching 5! -
Onetiesa 8yr Thank you! I can get to 3 comfortably or 4 with mindfulness but I push for the 5th.
