Sexy170 6yr This a porterhouse steak with herb seasoning marinade in light butter sautéed, and a side salad. I would bodies have to always have a certain amount of meat especially beef i eat beef in moderation

annefood 6yr Meat in moderation is fine. I eat a small portion of 100% grass fed beef 1-2 times per week as part of a largely plant-based diet. Grass fed is important for sustainability reasons, and it has a higher omega 3 content, making it more nutritious as well.
