Feeling the difference

Day 2/7 of the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Level II but Day 5 overall. I'm definitely feeling a difference in my energy levels since I've begun the challenges though it hasn't been as great as I thought. To be completely honest, I've been feeling a bit less energetic than I did before, though I guess this was to be expected because it IS a challenge and my body is still adjusting to this change (...I think?) But I'm persevering and I'm determined to conquer this challenge.
