AhmedZ 8yr congratulations!! so how is it? for me I had headic, feeling sick and sleeping problems for the first couple days, after that till now.. I feel much better that before :-D -
suzannekirk 8yr @AhmedZ it's actually really good! It definitely gets easier as you go along. I find myself drinking a lot of different flavours of tea instead of having sweets. And now when I do have some sweets, I get a headache and upset stomach after! Keep up the good work!
