Avoiding Diet Coke
For me, regular soda isn't the problem. It's Diet Coke only. I know it's awful for me but I just love the taste.

DietID_TeamDietitians 7yr @erin78 I totally hear you. I used to drink a ton of diet coke because it was so tasty, and it just went with favorite meals, e.g. a fresh slice of pizza! I realized I loved the fizz and the sweetness, so I found that making a soda at home - seltzer, lemon, a dash of honey or maple syrup - really did the trick. Maybe give that a try! good luck! -
