Yes! I felt the cravings big time on day 2 and 3, but then they ease up. And you have some free passes so if you need some, it's ok to take a bite of something here and there, as long as you're cutting back over all. =)

This is so important @garv! Thank you for posting. Healthy eating is all about moderation, not restriction or deprivation.
