SallyRogers Beautiful! After I roast beets I save the beet greens and sauté for breakfast for a couple mornings after! (As long as they last)

lauren I'm not sure how exactly to describe but they're more dense and less starchy than a banana, and have an apple taste (which sounds weird but it's true!) @annefood
