Vegetarian Cooking Class: I Hate Kale

"There are just so many reasons to hate kale but here's the thing -- if you can get past the hate, you'll figure out that kale's worth eating.  Not just because it's good for you, but because it tastes good, rich, verdant, nutty, and almost meaty.  We get it, kale is not bacon, but kale has it's own charms.
Cooking from The I Hate Kale Cookbook, students will learn how to make Warm Kale and Sriracha Dip, Fresh Crostinis, Penne with Kale and Goat Cheese.  Come join us for this awesome class, learn some basics about kale and hopefully we can change your views on eating kale.
